A well-established and highly reputable Commercial General Contractor in Houston is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

The company specializes in ground-up commercial construction across K-12, Higher Education, Religious, and Municipal projects throughout the Houston market. The Role

You will take ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Assistant Project Managers ready to take the next step into a PM position

What They're Looking For

• Commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up projects
• Background in K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Religious, or similar commercial construction
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Stable career history with good tenure – this is a company looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not someone who moves from job to job
• Local to the Houston market preferred
