This role oversees exterior and interior buildout projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget along the way. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of commercial project management experience and is comfortable managing multiple smaller-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects end to end, from initial planning through final walkthrough and closeout
• Build and maintain project schedules, keeping all phases of work on track toward completion dates
• Track project budgets and costs, flagging variances early and identifying ways to keep spending in line
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout each project
• Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to confirm scope and catch discrepancies before they become problems
• Troubleshoot issues that come up mid-project and adjust plans to keep work moving
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to internal leadership and clients

Job Requirements
