Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up construction projects, including industrial, commercial, distribution, and logistics centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate regularly with the client, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among the project team.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
