Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for light industrial ground-up construction in the Atlanta area. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet budgets, schedules, and quality targets.

Candidates must have a BS degree and 10+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, risk management, and proficiency with PM software. You’ll mentor teams and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in project management within construction.
  • Proven expertise managing ground-up construction, especially light industrial.
