We seek a high-caliber Project Manager who blends technical depth, design sensibility, and executive presence to own projects from concept through completion, serving as the main touchpoint for high-net-worth clients and collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years construction project management experience, preferably on high-end commercial or luxury residential builds.
  • Strong client-facing skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to discerning stakeholders.
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and design development processes.
  • Experience estimating and analyzing drawings for high-end finishes (cabinetry, tile, marble).
  • Familiarity with Procore and construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients from initial contact to define project scope and development of specifications.
  • Own project budgets, margins, and cost controls to ensure fiscal discipline.
  • Oversee field coordination, scheduling, and quality control with elite subcontractors.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber, polished Project Manager who brings a unique blend of

technical expertise, design sensibility, and executive presence. This is a critical leadership role

designed for a sophisticated, "button-down" professional who thrives on ownership and

possesses the dedication required to match the pace of a fast-growing business. Unlike

traditional PM roles that execute pre-defined plans, you will act as the primary touchpoint for

high-net-worth clients, collaboratively developing project specifications from initial concept

through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction & Design Development: Partner directly with clients from initial contact to estimate, conceptualize, and develop project specifications from inception.
  • Financial & Budgetary Management: Take full ownership of project financials, managing fiscal efficiency, maintaining tight cost controls, and ensuring strict adherence to project margins.
  • Field Coordination & Quality Control: Oversee scheduling, field execution, and day-to-day coordination with elite internal carpentry teams and premier subcontractors to maintain an immaculate standard of work.
  • Client Relations & Business Development: Act as the primary ambassador of the firm in high-end residential spaces, building strong rapport with discerning homeowners and effectively navigating commercial hospitality stakeholders. invoicing, and bookkeeping inputs while actively championing and driving team adoption of Procore.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience (experience with premier ENR-ranked commercial general contractors or elite residential custom builders is highly preferred).
  • Strong construction background with a proven track record of managing high-value asset budgets and complex timelines.
  • Exceptional client-facing persona with a sharp memory, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to consult articulately with discerning stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to estimate, analyze drawings, and collaboratively design project specifications (specifically high-end finishes, cabinetry, tile, and marble).
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore required).
  • An entrepreneurial work ethic—a dedicated professional who takes extreme pride in operational excellence and possesses the commitment required to ensure project success.
