Job summary

CBTS in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex storefront and curtain wall projects onsite. You will coordinate design, procurement, and field activities with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience with curtain wall systems or related façades, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of experience with curtain wall systems, unitized wall systems, structural glass wall systems, or architectural metal panels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must carry insurance as outlined in the Company Driver Policy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
