Job summary

Premier Home Pros, LLC is seeking a Senior Project to lead and oversee residential remodeling projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on coordinating installation teams, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring quality standards.

The candidate will manage project scheduling, train staff, and maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services while working in an office setting and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• High attention to detail is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff.
• Installation support and training.
• Communication with customers about their project.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
• Quality control.
• Review jobs before and after installation with installation team.
• Subcontractor follow up.
• Post-install job file audit.
• Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity.
• Data entry and maintenance in CRM.
