Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of financial terms and principles, with ability to perform basic financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within the allocated budget.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients and brokers to ensure project scope and deliverables are clearly defined and understood.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with internal staff, external clients, and vendors, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects across various locations, overseeing the full lifecycle from project identification through design, planning, client approvals, permitting, construction, and completion.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation in alignment with company and client governance standards.
  • Review and support change requests by assessing impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, tracking actual start and finish dates and providing timely, accurate updates.
  • Travel as needed to various property and construction locations in suburban and downtown areas.

This is an onsite working arrangement at our Rosemont, IL location.

As the Project Manager, you have experience working in a professional services environment, lead various project solutions for clients with direct accountability of the project deliverables are met according to the timelines and standards established. You're good at building strong relationships with your clients and managing their expectations. You have a keen eye for detail, have superior organizational skills and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.

What you'll bring
  • 3+ years of project management experience.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $112,796 to $121,367

Benefits
  • Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.
  • Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match.
  • Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually.
  • Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.
  • Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.
  • Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
