Qualifications

Responsibilities

Now hiring a Project Manager (GC – Industrial/Manufacturing) in Chester, NJ (Remote option for right candidate)!

Projects: $20M+ Industrial / Manufacturing Facilities. This is a direct-hire opportunity. The annual salary is $150k/year.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong industrial construction background to lead complex manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years Project Manager experience on $20M+ commercial/industrial projects
• Strong manufacturing facility experience and ability to work in active operations
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects
• Strong GMP knowledge and safety background
• Design-build experience with conceptual estimating (30% drawings or less)
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills
• Willing to travel for kickoff and site visits

Technical Skills

• MS Office, MS Project
• Scheduling software experience
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM, Procore, and/or Sage
