They are looking for a Project Manager with experience in site development, roadway, and heavy civil construction. This role is ideal for a driven PM looking to grow with a stable company delivering complex infrastructure and sitework projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development and road construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in horizontal construction
