Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee site development projects in Northern Virginia, coordinating office and field activities from start to finish.

The role requires leading multiple active jobs, managing scheduling, budgets, procurement, and field coordination, and delivering on commercial, residential, and subdivision work while partnering with operations and estimating to keep a busy self-perform crew moving.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience on self-perform site/civil projects.
• Strong command of full site packages - earthwork, utilities, concrete.
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and crews across the NoVA market.
• Ownership and room to grow with an established, financially healthy contractor.
