Aspect Development is a leader in construction, delivering high-quality projects through teamwork, innovation, and excellence. We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help execute a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. This role involves managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, tracking budgets, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate project documentation. A strong command of construction project management software—particularly Procore or Autodesk Build/BIM 360—is essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Construction Management:
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating detailed construction schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to meet project milestones.
  • Track and manage project budgets and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate project records, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs using Procore or Autodesk Build/BIM 360.
  • Ensure timely procurement and tracking of shop drawings, submittals, and materials.
  • Support the preparation of subcontractor agreements and purchase orders.
  • Ensure job site safety and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in applying for and tracking building permits.
  • Attend project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in Procore or Autodesk Build/BIM 360 for project tracking, document management, and coordination.
  • Solid understanding of construction practices, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of construction project management experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Regular travel to job sites; must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 55 pounds.
