DKD Enterprises LLC is looking for a Project Manager in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Job Summary

Responsible for leading all crews on projects and understanding contract demands.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors with Sr. Project Managers.
• Review daily work progress, compare with schedule, and address issues.
• Accept deliveries, inspect materials, and document issues.
• Prepare reports on job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent and resolve problems.
• Respond to delays and emergencies; analyze and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Interpret contracts and technical info for coordination.
• Manage commissioning and punch list data; instruct contractors on remediation.
• Complete QA/QC documentation accurately and timely.
• Meet contract demands and conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced construction management knowledge.
• Expertise in electrical work, safety management, OSHA, NFPA, NEC.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Technical aptitude with creative solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, minimal supervision needed.
• Experience with project closeout and defect prevention.

Education and Experience

• Preferred: Four-year degree in construction management or similar.
• 2-5 years proven construction management experience.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with client interactions and creative problem-solving.
