Job summary

Enclos in Las Vegas is offering a 10–12 week summer internship in construction project management, designed to launch your career in this field. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the life cycle of curtainwall and façade construction while contributing to iconic projects that shape skylines.

You’ll receive onboarding, hands-on training in project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, Bluebeam), and field exposure on active jobsites, with potential progression to the S.O.A.R.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for construction and interest in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/mechanical drawings (preferred).
• Willingness to learn project management tools and thrive onsite.
• Ability to work on construction job sites with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to curtainwall design and the life cycle of façade construction.
• Support field teams on active jobsites and coordinate with fabrication shops.
• Attend project meetings and learn how projects move from concept to completion.

What You'll Experience

• Onboarding & Immersion: Dive into the world of curtainwall design, meet cross-functional teams, and explore how a project moves from concept to completion.
• Training & Tools: Gain hands‑on training in project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, Bluebeam) and develop real-world technical skills.
• Field & Shop Exposure: Work on active construction jobsites, collaborate with fabrication shops, and learn the coordination behind major projects.
• Industry Access: Sit in on project meetings, collaborate with experts, and see firsthand how innovative facades come to life.

By the end of the internship, you'll walk away with a strong foundation in construction project management and insight into career opportunities with Enclos-including the potential to join our S.O.A.R. Project Management Training Program after graduation.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field
• Passion for construction and interest in pursuing a career in project management
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/mechanical drawings (preferred)
• Willingness to learn project management tools and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work onsite at a construction jobsite

Program Details

• Full‑time during summer (10–12 weeks), with the potential for part‑time continuation during the school year

• Internship positions are not eligible for benefits, incentive bonus, or holiday pay.
