Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholder communications to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality compliance.

The role demands strong leadership to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining client and team relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, familiarity with NYC DOB/Building Codes, and

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of related construction project management experience.
• Familiarity with NYC DOB and New York Building Codes.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with PM software and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate activities among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Interface with regulatory agencies including DOB, DOT, FDNY, and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and costs align with plans.
