Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Construction Manager in Dallas to lead construction and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. You will partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality to deliver value for the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and costs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with operational requirements and long-term plans.
• Lead communications, provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment.
• Review designs, contracts, and expenditures for compliance with standards and funding.
• Monitor performance via site visits, milestones, and risk assessments.
