• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure construction projects align with operational requirements, business priorities, and long‑term facility plans.
• Coordinate the work of architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors while maintaining project quality, schedule, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project communications by providing status updates, resolving issues, facilitating decision‑making, and ensuring alignment among project stakeholders.
• Review project designs, construction documents, contracts, change orders, and project expenditures to ensure compliance with company standards and approved funding.
• Monitor project performance through site visits, milestone tracking, financial reporting, and risk assessments while implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, construction processes, and vendor performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the construction program.
