Job summary

ARELI is seeking a disciplined Project Manager in Michigan to oversee multiple construction projects from design through delivery. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality, coordinating with design teams, field personnel, and subcontractors while reporting to a dedicated Mentor.

The role requires at least 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management for commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Highly organized with proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with construction documentation, permitting, scheduling tools, and PM software.
• Willingness to travel and attend site meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from design coordination to final delivery and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, reporting to the Mentor.
• Lead diverse construction projects including design-build, renovations, vertical and horizontal builds.
• Provide weekly progress updates and share meeting minutes with stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project knowledge to anticipate challenges and resolve issues early.
• Track schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, risk, and quality control.
• Identify delays and risks early and push for timely completion ahead of schedule.
• Collaborate with design teams, field personnel, and subcontractors to ensure quality execution.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation.
