Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities; evaluate quality and efficiency of their work.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Update project schedules; determine modifications to reflect project needs for timely completion.
• Ensure home construction meets schedule, contract obligations, and safety standards; halt noncompliant work.
• Manage customer experience throughout the construction process; communicate progress and negotiate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Process Improvement, and Purchasing teams on plan quality and budget.
