Job summary

All American Lumber INC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. You will drive quality, safety, budget, and schedule adherence while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role includes organizing documentation, maintaining schedules, and ensuring project plans are followed. A bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred), plus 5 years of PM experience and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Five years’ experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress meeting agendas/minutes.
• Review subcontractor pay requests and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for project needs.
• Maintain onsite safety requirements and compliance with plans.
• Lead communication among owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
