Job summary

The City of Baltimore is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor I to oversee scheduling and inspection for major construction projects and to expedite contract completion. The role includes supervising inspection personnel on site and in an office setting.

Incumbents report to a technical supervisor and work a conventional workweek, with exposure to construction site conditions and the need to upload required licenses during application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience in construction inspection, construction supervision, construction engineering or weatherization, energy conservation work.
• Equivalency notes: An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have a valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or an equivalent driver's license and eligible to obtain a Baltimore City driver’s permit.
