Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required; experience with a general contractor on large-scale projects preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
