Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project.
• Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors on various phases.
• Oversees performance of trade contractors and reviews drawings for compliance.
• Administers construction contracts and secures permits and licenses.
• Supervises assistant managers and ensures safety compliance.
• Tracks schedule and costs to meet time and budget goals.
• Reports progress and modifications to owners and architects.
