Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and subcontractor communication.
• Participate in jobsite walks, safety meetings, inspections, and QC documentation.
• Help track project progress and organize project files, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Compile punch lists and close-out documentation.
• Shadow estimating and preconstruction activities for active pursuits.

About The Role

How You’ll Contribute

• Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore
• Assist with scheduling coordination and subcontractor communication
• Participate in jobsite walks, safety meetings and inspections, quality control and progress documentation
• Help track project progress and organize projects files, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Compile punchlists and close out documentation
• Shadow estimating and preconstruction on active pursuits; gather information for estimates, proposals, drawings and takeoffs
