Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Cleveland, OH seeks a part-time Construction Management/Engineering Technology student to assist the Director/Architect with managing assigned projects. • Active participation in an approved Construction Management / Engineering Technology program for an Associate's degree.
• Ability to make sound decisions affecting a work unit or team.
• Experience with diverse problem-solving methods in varying situations.
• Working knowledge of blueprints, CAD, BIM, and construction safety policies.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director/Architect with managing assigned construction projects.
• Attend meetings with Architects, CM Advisor, Contractors, and Tri-C-C staff.
• Coordinate work schedules and follow up by phone.
• Use CAD, BIM, and MS Office tools effectively on projects.
• Assist with quotes, estimates, and contract management paperwork.
• Help research discrepancies and drive improvements and efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
