Job summary

Oggi Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our construction accounting team. You will own the financial health of active construction projects—from budget tracking through billing and collections—working as a key financial partner to Project Management teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, structure in fast-moving projects, and cross-functional collaboration with PMs and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or similar preferred.
Strong analytical skills to investigate and explain budget variances.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style.
Proficient with accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Own the financial health of active construction projects from budget tracking through billing and collections.
Partner with Project Management teams and cross-functional groups to drive financial results.
Monitor project finances, analyze variances, and prepare financial reports for leadership.
Support special projects and process improvements across the construction accounting function.
