Job summary

Oggi Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our construction accounting team. You will own the financial health of active construction projects—from budget tracking through billing and collections—working as a key financial partner to Project Management teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, structure in fast-moving projects, and cross-functional collaboration with PMs and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or similar preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and explain budget variances.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Proficient with accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of active construction projects from budget tracking through billing and collections.
• Partner with Project Management teams and cross-functional groups to drive financial results.
• Monitor project finances, analyze variances, and prepare financial reports for leadership.
• Support special projects and process improvements across the construction accounting function.

What We're Looking For
