You will oversee month-end close, intercompany accounts, audits, and cash management while mentoring accounting staff and driving internal controls and process improvements. 7+ years of experience required, CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with project-based accounting in construction, architecture, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage intercompany accounts, transfer pricing, and FX adjustments.
• Lead annual audits, tax compliance, and cash management.
• Mentor and develop corporate accounting staff.
• Drive workflow efficiencies and enhance internal controls.
