Metric Geo is hiring a Construction Project Executive for an ENR TOP-25 General Contractor specializing in Warehouse/Distribution Construction projects.

The Client:

An ENR TOP-25 General Contractor specializing in Warehouse/Distribution construction. With a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and sustainable building practices, they're consistently recognized as a leading ENR General Contractor nationally.

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, and budget compliance. Leads project teams, manages subcontractors, and enforces contractual obligations. Drives problem-solving, process improvement, and collaboration across engineering, design, and site teams. Conducts site visits, monitors procurement, and ensures adherence to company policies and safety programs.

Applicant:

You should have previous experience as a Senior Construction leader building Warehouse/Distribution projects from conception to completion; Automation and Cold Storage experience is also preferred.
