Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $3.5M to $5M annually.

You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, from pre-construction planning to final delivery, while ensuring financial success, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

• Lead 3–5 active projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are met
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communications
• Develop project execution plans and manage documentation
• Mentor assistant PMs and project staff (10+ team members)
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and internal departments
• Forecast monthly financial performance and manage scope changes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of successful electrical construction project experience
• Proficient in Viewpoint, ACCUBID, Bluebeam, MS Office
• OSHA 30 required; PMP certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Willing to travel (With some overnight stays)

Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000 DOE
