A renowned general contracting firm is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare cost estimates and proposals for high-end construction projects. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in the industry, proficiency in quantity take off software, and a Bachelor's degree in architecture. Strong collaboration with architects and effective navigation of project specifications are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the general contractor industry.
• Proficiency in using quantity take off software.
• Extensive knowledge in quantity take off and proposal preparation.
• Expertise in navigating specifications and plans effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of construction costs, methods, and industry standards.

Responsibilities
