Job summary

Scull Construction Service, Inc is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and codes. You will coordinate change orders, expedite materials, assist in estimates, and help analyze progress across multiple projects.

You will work alongside the Project Manager or Lead Estimator to facilitate communication, schedule subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or similar discipline.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Primavera P6, ProEst and Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed support for project managers and superintendents.
Assist in project coordination and scheduling of subcontractors.
Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances and support cost-saving strategies.
Handle preconstruction services development and document control.
Track and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, RFPs and meeting minutes.
