Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in San Francisco or Santa Ana. You will help plan and execute construction projects, maintain schedules and budgets, and handle punch lists and documentation.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with exposure to project controls, change management, and coordination across owners, architects, and subcontractors. Office presence is required at two U.S.

Qualifications

• Internship or field experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and communication with subcontractors and project team members.
• Assists project team in site management, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Supports project controls management including submittals, document management, and change management.
• Assists in developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
• Participates in owner, architect, and contractor meetings and prepares progress reports.
