Job summary

W.E. O’Neil is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the project team with administration and management of construction activities in Delta, Utah.

The role supports CMiC, PlanGrid, RFIs, submittals and closeout, while coordinating with field teams to ensure timely material deliveries and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and experience with CMiC, PlanGrid and BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling.
• Understanding of construction administration processes (RFIs, submittals, procurement).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job office setup and CMiC data logging for project controls.
• Prepare and maintain CMiC setups, Submittal Logs and RFI Logs.
• Coordinate initial PlanGrid setup for contract documents and organize drawings.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to support closeout.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and assist in developing a coordinated model.
• Support procurement, logistics and schedule alignment with field teams.
