You will start each day on-site with the crew, ensuring they have what they need, while coordinating documentation and planning for the next days and weeks ahead to set the crew and project up for success. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related construction experience.
• 1-3 years in wastewater, concrete, or heavy civil.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Travel required; 50-75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member supporting successful project completion.
• Start days on-site with the crew to ensure they have what they need.
• Document and record entry for the project and plan ahead for the next days/weeks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
