Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager on planning and coordinating onsite construction activities on designated projects, ensuring objectives are met within time and funding constraints.

Responsibilities include drafting RFIs, reviewing submittals, budgeting, and maintaining logs, with some travel required. A related engineering degree and HVAC/plumbing experience are preferred, and a strong team orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Draft RFIs and proposal letters.
• Review submittals and specifications; assist in documentation and budget control.
• Assist Project Manager in development and nurturing of client relationships.
• Estimate change orders; develop and monitor project schedule.
• Maintain procurement, proposal, and correspondence logs.
• Facilitate quality control measures and cost coding.
