Job summary

NNI Construction Co. in Bedford, OH is seeking a Project Engineer for a Commercial General Contractor role.

The Project Engineer supports projects from award through closeout, reporting to the Project Executive and collaborating with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure proper mobilization, documentation, and lifecycle support. The role emphasizes Procore proficiency, coordination across teams, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction or project coordination experience required.
• Proficiency with Procore and knowledge of project lifecycle from setup to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup in Procore and ensure configurations align with standards.
• Coordinate mobilization and field support including site logistics and documentation.
• Attend and scribe meetings, distribute minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Onboard subcontractors and support adoption of Procore and OpenSpace.
• Coordinate closeout processes and compile project handover documentation.
