Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence.
• 1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specs.
• 1-3 years of experience with project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Contract setup and submittals.
• Assist with the bid package process and change orders.
• Support scheduling of the project.
• Work closely with the Project Management Team on-site.
