Qualifications

• 2 years’ work experience in the construction industry.
• Successful completion of OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required.

Responsibilities

• Notifies subcontractors of commencement dates; expedites deliveries to avoid costly construction delays.
• Prepares and coordinates submittal schedules with subcontractors.
• Assists the project manager in the preparation of subcontracts.
