Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document control process and maintenance of current contract documents.
• Input Potential Change Orders (PCO) and Issues in CMiC.
• Participate in monthly payment application process and subcontractor invoice reviews.
• Complete field walks to gain thorough understanding of JHA’s and pretask planning.
• Work with project staff to incorporate safety preplanning.
