Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Engineer to report to a Project Manager and partner with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 1-2 years of construction experience, internship in commercial construction, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and scheduling software, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Internship experience within commercial construction is required.
• Approximately 1-2 years of construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and related records.
• Support preconstruction activities including quantity take-offs and bid leveling exercises.
• Review submittals and procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Identify and resolve gaps or discrepancies in construction documents with project stakeholders.
• Assist with subcontract preparation, purchase agreements, and project administration.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules alongside field leadership to maintain project timelines.
• Support project safety initiatives, schedule updates, closeout activities, and issue resolution.
