Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years' experience, or 6 years of construction-related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generates and approves monthly billing and earned values.
• Develops and manages project schedule on small to mid-sized projects.
• Analyzes targets, job cost summaries, and other reports.
• Alerts Superintendent and Project Manager of project impacts related to resources.
