Job summary

Lusardi Construction Co. is seeking a Project Engineer to learn the construction process, read blueprints, and support the bid, RFI, and submittal workflows. This role covers responsibilities across both San Marcos, CA and Dublin, CA locations, with advancement potential in a family‑oriented shop.

You will gain exposure to RFI handling, submittals, scheduling, and cost tracking while collaborating with the project team to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience or understanding of construction project processes.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all drawings, specs and logs.
• Prepare document distributions to subcontractors.
• Assist with project schedules, labor quantities, and submittals.
