Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Internships or entry-level experience in construction preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, codes, and safety standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Provide technical input and prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, specs, RFIs, and change orders.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
