Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer for Fort Devens, MA to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation and reporting to government personnel.

You will support project development and delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies, overseeing contract administration, QA activities, and preparing detailed daily reports and technical analyses.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required with strong knowledge of construction management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract administration or office engineering for federal programs preferred.
• Experience supporting USACE/DoD or similar federal construction programs preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with RMS or similar project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities per policy and regulations.
• Analyze design and construction issues and provide recommendations to government personnel.
• Prepare daily reports and technical analyses of proposals and modifications.
• Coordinate with DoR/CFM and other stakeholders to implement contract changes.
