The role emphasizes learning the company's policies, safety procedures, and coordination with vendors and the Owner during the project.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and takeoffs.
• Strong math skills and ability to work with contracts and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Help generate RFIs and track approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Assist in coordinating vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn safety policies and site logistics.
• Participate in punchlist inspections and scheduling updates.
