You will coordinate documentation, RFIs, submittals, and safety planning while assisting with pricing efforts. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in construction management preferred.
• Experience in project coordination or related field (2+ years) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and schedule deliveries.
• Prepare and post RFIs, ASIs, and COs.
• Track submittals and maintain documentation; develop ROMs and assist with pricing.
• Perform QA/QC checks and support safety planning.
• Prepare JHAs and facilitate Toolbox Talks.
• Other duties as assigned.
