Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation and ensure timely distribution.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Create and manage the submittal log for the project.
• Conduct safety walk-throughs and manage subcontractor documentation.
• Track and report project activities and issues.
