Job summary

Miller Bros. Construction, Inc. in Toledo, OH seeks a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to support a Senior Project Manager and field teams on active construction projects.

You will assist with bidding, planning, procurement, cost monitoring, and CPM scheduling updates using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate has a related degree, strong Excel skills, and experience with HeavyJob, Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in a construction-related field.
• Strong Excel and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project coordination in construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote safety culture on site.
• Assist in bidding, planning, procurement, and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents to support project execution.
• Monitor job costing and resources in coordination with field teams.
• Assist with CPM scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Process purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings.
