Job summary

Statz Restoration and Engineering Co, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Engineer - Construction to lead client-focused projects from proposal through delivery. This role supports a small, highly skilled team in southern Wisconsin and requires regular travel to job sites.

Expect collaboration with field crews, cost and schedule estimation, contract negotiation, and relationship building with customers. A blend of in-office and on-site work is expected, with opportunities for profit sharing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Civil Engineers preferred.
• Experience in project management, sales and estimating a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Menomonee Falls, WI office regularly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare proposals that describe the customer’s problem and how it will be solved
• Estimate job costs and duration of projects
• Negotiate contracts
• Order and set up needed materials and equipment
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Coordinate and schedule jobs with customers and the Statz Restoration field crews
• Visit ongoing projects to ensure jobs are on schedule and are of excellent quality
• Process customer invoices
